This role would suit an individual who is passionate about delivering consistent and exceptional service and looking to develop their career within an independent and dynamic agency, where you will have the chance to have an impact on a growing company.
- Managing your own projects, including meeting financial targets and ensuring quality delivery
- Lead in new business pitches, researching recommendations and assisting in the production of budgets
- Regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction on the work that is developed
- Oversee accounts with the support of the wider team
- Continually look for organic business growth with clients, and lead the development of new business proposals
- Successfully manage, coach and mental team members
You will have:
- Science degree
- Previous experience in a medical communications agency
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Great communication skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic team player
- Line management experience
